01Will it fit my coffee machine?
The first collection is being developed around the Nespresso Vertuo Pop+. Fit is not yet validated, and we don’t claim compatibility with other machines. Choose your machine in the reservation form, or contact us about another model.
02Is this a finished product I can buy today?
Not yet. These are concept renders of the collection we’re developing. A reservation records your interest without charging you or committing you to buy. We’ll confirm the physical design, fit, final price and delivery timing before taking an order.
03Does the coffee touch the face?
The intended design sits around the existing outlet so coffee flows directly into the cup. We’ll check stream clearance, splashes, heat exposure and cleaning on the physical prototype before confirming the final design.
04How do bundle prices work?
One face is proposed at $30, two are $25 each ($50 total), and three or more are $20 each. Mix any characters in the collection. All prices are CAD; shipping and any applicable tax are confirmed before payment.
05Where do you ship?
We’re planning our first release for the Lower Mainland, with free local shipping on merchandise totals over $50. Other delivery areas can be requested at reservation. Shipping cost and timing will be confirmed before you pay.
06Will it arrive before Halloween?
We can’t promise Halloween delivery while prototyping is underway. We’ll give you a realistic delivery estimate before you decide to order.
